Return & Refund Policy

At GW Manila, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased within the last 30 days.
  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging, labels, and tags.

Exceptions:
Certain items may not be eligible for returns, such as final sale items, perishable goods, and personalized products. Please check the product listing for specific return exclusions.


2. How to Initiate a Return

If your item meets the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@gw-manila.online with your order number, item details, and reason for the return.
  2. Receive Authorization: Once your request is reviewed, we’ll provide instructions for returning your item, including a return authorization number.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the item back to the address provided, including the authorization number on your package to avoid delays.

Note: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.


3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Payment Method: Refunds will be applied to your original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrect.


4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact our support team immediately at support@gw-manila.online with a photo of the item and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible.
